Responsibilities
Drive Change Leadership: Act as a strategic influencer, building buy-in and minimizing resistance across both technical and business teams. You’ll coach leaders and 'change champions' to lead their teams through transitions effectively
Bridge the Communication Gap: You have the unique ability to translate complex Technical Software Asset Management (SAM) concepts into user-friendly language. You will create the narrative that makes 'the new way' make sense to everyone
Empower Through Training: Design and deliver high-impact training materials, including interactive workshops, clear documentation, and engaging video content
Master the Process: Develop RACI matrices to clarify roles, create adoption roadmaps, and track critical milestones across multiple workstreams to ensure projects stay on course
Facilitate Connection: Lead meetings and presentations at all levels of the organization, ensuring stakeholders remain engaged from kickoff to go-live
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), specifically within IT software deployments or digital transformations
A talent for storytelling and training. You can take a technical manual and turn it into an engaging workshop or a 'how-to' video
The emotional intelligence to identify resistance before it happens and the coaching skills to help teams overcome it
Strong organizational skills with experience in RACI development and managing complex, multi-layered project roadmaps
A natural ability to facilitate group discussions and align disparate teams (IT, Procurement, and Business) toward a common goal
