Responsibilities

Collect and analyze workforce data from multiple sources
Identify trends and actionable insights using analytical techniques
Develop and distribute reports and dashboards on workforce metrics
Monitor key workforce metrics and address any unusual patterns
Assist the Program Manager with project tracking and status updates
Facilitate workforce initiatives change management efforts
Prepare engaging presentations for internal stakeholders

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years experience in data analysis, business analysis, workforce management, operations, or related field
Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., advanced Excel, SQL or similar)
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
Collaborative team player with problem-solving ability
