Responsibilities
Support day-to-day Quality department activities on plastic molding and assembly production lines
Participate in mold transfer projects and perform process and equipment validations
Prepare, review, and execute validation documents including IQ, OQ, and PQ , as well as PPAP documentation
Develop and validate test methods, including conducting and supporting Gage R&R (GR&R) studies
Determine appropriate sample sizes for validation based on risk analysis
Analyze validation data and understand statistical results such as Cpk, Ppk, and p-values
Support risk management activities , including creating and updating PFMEA
Assist with CAPA investigations by identifying root causes, documenting findings, and clearly communicating results to customers and internal teams
Complete quality and validation documentation and submit it for formal review and approval
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant manufacturing or quality environment (plastic molding/assembly preferred)
Strong understanding of validation, quality systems, and statistical analysis
Good written and verbal communication skills, especially for technical documentation and customer interaction
