Responsibilities
Build relationships with key YouTubers to pitch their channels for brand deals
Grow 5-7 key brand relationships to be consistent sponsor of our roster of creators
Negotiate & close hundreds of brand deals per month
Provide an exceptional experience for creators and brands, focusing on speedy, high quality, and honest/transparent communication
Keep databases (Airtable, Google Sheets) and project management tools (Asana, Notion) updated
Wherever possible, implement process improvements to enhance business efficiency and improve client service
Qualification
Required
2-4 years work experience in Influencer Partnerships, Project Management, or Operations
Proficiency in Airtable, Notion, Asana, and Google Sheets is required
Excellent Written & Verbal English Skills
High attention to detail is crucial
Ability to critically think through issues & make decisions on their own
Reliable and able to work beyond regular hours for tight deadlines
Ability to build long-term relationships based on adding value & showing up for clients
Preferred
Brand Partnerships / Influencer Sponsorships experience is highly preferred, but it can be learned quickly
