Responsibilities
Maintain job cost records and prepare reports for Project Managers and the Controller
Set up and update awarded/completed jobs
Prepare cost to complete reports and track accruals
Assist with labor rate updates and equipment cost tracking
Monitor equipment/office rentals
Support subcontract and vendor back charges and change orders
Produce Budget vs. Actual reports
Track high risk job items (schedules, escalations, etc.)
Assist with weekly payroll and timesheet accuracy
Support union and certified payroll reporting
Provide backup for Accounts Payable
Help with vendor reconciliations, W 2s, and 1099s
General administrative support as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
0-3 years of accounting experience
Driven, detail oriented, and eager to grow
Preferred
Construction or project based accounting experience a plus, but not required
