Quote and enroll Physical Damage insurance coverage
Support prospective and existing customers with policy questions
Communicate with brokers, funders, and equipment dealers
Manage daily workflow using Outlook and Excel
Provide consistent, professional, customer‑centric service
Qualification
Required
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (in good standing)
2–5 years of experience in customer service, sales, or marketing
Strong phone communication skills and clear speech
Excellent time management and dependability
Proficiency with Outlook; Excel experience preferred
