Responsibilities
Manage a regional portfolio, segmenting customers based on health and usage data
Create and maintain a prioritized list of key customers, assessing risk and potential for growth
Oversee renewal and Move Up calendar, ensuring timely actions to secure contracts
Ensure CRM data accuracy regarding expansion opportunities and closing timelines
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss strategies and responsibilities
Triage customer health issues and coordinate efforts for at-risk accounts
Develop cooperative engagement plans with partners to maximize sales efforts
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of experience in SaaS or enterprise software account management, renewals, or customer growth roles
Demonstrated success in improving gross/net retention through structured programs
Strong deal strategy and scenario planning skills with cross-functional collaboration experience
Experience with channel/partner models and coordinating joint plans
Proficient in CRM and reporting tools for managing pipelines and forecasts
Experience running cross-functional meetings and influencing without authority
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex processes
