Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound calls to engage medical and dental practices
Introduce the company’s payment-processing solution and generate qualified appointments
Collaborate closely with field sales representatives on targeted outreach campaigns
Maintain accurate activity tracking, notes, and reporting within the CRM
Contribute to team goals, participate in a supportive sales culture, and celebrate shared wins

Required

1+ year of inside sales or outbound call experience (call center, B2B, service sales, or similar)
Strong phone presence and communication skills, comfortable speaking with business owners and office staff

CRM proficiency (Salesforce or equivalent) and strong attention to detail in activity tracking
