Responsibilities
Lead complex IT and technology audits across infrastructure, applications, and security
Evaluate IT general controls, cybersecurity practices, and data governance
Design and execute audit procedures independently; assess control effectiveness
Identify risks and control deficiencies and deliver actionable recommendations
Serve as engagement lead and mentor junior audit staff
Partner with IT teams, business leaders, and third parties to support audit objectives
Clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
4–6 years of experience in IT audit, internal controls, or technology risk
Strong knowledge of IT risk, internal controls, cybersecurity, and operational resilience
Experience with access controls, incident response, SDLC, and on-premise/cloud environments
Ability to work independently and exercise sound professional judgment
CISA required
Preferred
CISM, CIA, and/or PMP a plus
Experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, ACL, or SAS
Familiarity with audit/GRC platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
Knowledge of data privacy and information security best practices
Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus
