Responsibilities
Own daily operations and service delivery for all HMS clients across service lines
Ensure contractual service levels and operational KPIs are consistently met
Lead an integrated delivery model with onshore and offshore resources
Drive innovation and performance by collaborating with SME leaders and Operational Advancement teams
Act as primary senior contact for assigned client operations, focusing on performance and satisfaction
Monitor and enhance productivity, quality, compliance, and workflow efficiency
Identify opportunities for service expansion and collaborate on strategic growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
10+ years in senior leadership roles within revenue cycle operations or healthcare BPO/managed services
Experience managing multi-client portfolios and large offshore delivery teams
Strong grasp of revenue cycle processes, compliance standards, and industry metrics
Proven management of operational P&L while achieving service excellence
Exceptional skills in communication, client engagement, and relationship-building
Ability to identify and propose service expansion opportunities as a strategic advisor
Strong organizational and analytical abilities in a complex, fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
