They are seeking a Skilled Installer to assist with loading materials, setting up tools, and following directions on job sites, while ensuring quality and safety in construction tasks.

Responsibilities
Construction: Measuring, cutting, and shaping structures or forms from wood, composites, or other materials
Assembly: Using various hand and power tools (saws, drills, routers, etc.) to securely build assigned projects, joining materials with nails, screws, staples, or adhesive
Scaffolding: Erecting and dismantling scaffolding as needed
Quality & Safety: Checking work accuracy with tools like levels and framing squares, maintaining tools, and following all company safety policies
Qualification
Required
Successful candidates must be in good physical condition with high endurance, as the role involves long periods of standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling in various weather conditions
Physical Strength: Ability to pull, lift, and carry heavy objects (up to pounds regularly and up to pounds as needed) and hold heavy objects overhead with a team
Skills: Manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, excellent hand-eye coordination, basic math, and a good knowledge of English
Tool Proficiency: Must be skilled with small hand tools (hammers, pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers), power tools, and be able to properly read a tape measure and use a level/carpentry square
Work Environment: Comfortable climbing and working from ladders and scaffolding, and enduring a variety of weather conditions
