Responsibilities

Manage and retain an assigned portfolio of Spanish-speaking clients
Build long-term relationships with existing and VIP clients
Increase client lifetime value through upselling and reactivation
Identify churn risks and apply effective retention strategies
Conduct daily communication via phone, email, and CRM tools
Meet and exceed monthly retention and revenue KPIs
Maintain accurate records and client activity in the CRM system
Ensure full compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines
Work closely with internal teams (Compliance, Payments, Support)

Required

Native or fluent Spanish (spoken & written)
Good level of English
Proven experience as a Retention Agent (Forex / CFD / iGaming preferred)
Experience working with LATAM markets (strong advantage)
Strong phone sales, negotiation, and closing skills
Experience handling existing clients and VIP accounts
Target-driven mindset with strong KPI focus
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Ability to work remotely, independently, and manage time effectively
Reliable internet connection and professional home-office setup
Understanding of regulated environments and compliance requirements (advantage)
