Responsibilities
Hit ticket sale targets for PL’s two global Catalyst conferences
Own the full Catalyst campaign strategy, including messaging, execution and results
Build and optimize campaign messaging using AI-informed insights while maintaining high editorial quality and avoiding low-quality and generic AI content. You will not be a good fit for this role without this skill
Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure campaigns launch on time and perform against targets
Track campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize based on conversion data and ROI
Rapidly test, iterate, and scale tactics that move ticket sales and revenue
Report performance, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership with clear and actionable next steps. Share what is working and quickly stop doing anything that is not working
Qualification
Required
Proven event marketer who knows how to drive ticket sales and build momentum
Ability to own the full Catalyst campaign strategy, including messaging, execution and results
Skill in building and optimizing campaign messaging using AI-informed insights while maintaining high editorial quality
Experience managing timelines and deliverables to ensure campaigns launch on time and perform against targets
Ability to track campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize based on conversion data and ROI
Experience in rapidly testing, iterating, and scaling tactics that move ticket sales and revenue
Ability to report performance, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership with clear and actionable next steps
Accountability for revenue-driving metrics and results
Experience in building event campaign strategy and executing it
Ability to turn event goals into concrete growth experiments
Willingness to move fast and make quick decisions tied to revenue driving outcomes
Ability to share wins, lessons, and proven results
