Responsibilities
Perform expert-level collision repair and restoration work on a variety of vehicles, including structural, body, and paint repairs
Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify and assess damage, including frame and structural issues
Replace damaged body panels, components, and parts with precision and attention to detail
Skillfully prepare surfaces and apply paint to match original factory finishes
Conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure all repairs meet industry standards and customer expectations
Maintain accurate records of all repair work performed, including parts used and labor hours
Work closely with other team members, including estimators and detailers, to ensure seamless repair processes
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Collision Technician in an automotive repair facility
Proficiency in structural repair, frame straightening, welding, and bodywork
Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques, materials, and tools
Expertise in paint mixing, matching, and refinishing
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred
I-CAR certification or other relevant certifications are a plus
