Senior ITSM Analyst
JPS Tech Solutions is seeking a Senior ITSM Analyst to act as the strategic owner of IT Service Management processes. This role will lead key initiatives aimed at modernizing service delivery and ensuring alignment between ITSM practices and business objectives.

Responsibilities
Own, govern, and continuously improve core ITSM processes, including Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management
Lead the redesign and optimization of the Service Catalog
Drive enhancements to the Service Portal and mobile app experience
Support Digital Portfolio Management initiatives to improve service visibility and value realization
Partner with cross-functional IT and business teams to align ITSM processes with organizational goals
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on ITSM best practices and process improvements
Develop and maintain ITSM process documentation, KPIs, and reporting dashboards
Support strategic planning, governance, and continuous service improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in IT Service Management, with strong hands-on exposure to platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools
Demonstrated leadership in ITSM process ownership and service delivery transformation initiatives
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience supporting mobile app delivery, digital service portals, or digital portfolio management initiatives is highly desirable
