Required

At least four years of experience in patent prosecution
Experience with healthcare technologies and related ML/AI technologies
Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
Strong academic credentials
Proven experience drafting and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications
Strong organizational and writing skills
Desire to thrive in a large law firm environment
Excellent oral communication skills
USPTO registration
Active admission to the state bar of the jurisdiction where they will be located

Preferred

Familiarity with patent databases and search tools
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
