Responsibilities
Manage all administration aspects for capital expenditure projects, reporting directly to the Facilities Improvement Manager
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure projects align with strategic objectives
Collaborate with the appropriate departments (Operations, Facilities, Marketing) on project impact
Maintain records of vendors, contracts, and project documentation
Act as a liaison between the facilities department and construction vendors
Updating invoice tracker in Smartsheet upon approval in Filebound
Research and evaluate new vendors and suppliers
Develop and update standard operating procedures for facility improvement projects
Analyze feedback metrics and dashboards to identify areas for improvement
Create and update project templates
Update project lines with incoming information, pictures, and schedules
Update projects with marketing as needed
Creating and maintaining asset sheets
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management or related field
Strong background in administration management and budget oversight
CPR Certification required within 30 days of hire
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience with project software and project administration
Ability to thrive in a dynamic gym environment
Proficiency in computer systems and data management
Proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet
Physical ability to lift and move equipment weighing more than 40 lbs
Flexibility with an evolving role
Consistent from start to completion on project tasks with strict deadlines
Ability to occasionally travel into other markets
