Responsibilities
Order, receive, store, issue, and maintain tools and holders (AutoCrib & Excel)
Maintain accurate electronic inventory records and transactions
Perform cycle counts and inventory transactions
Inspect tools and fixtures for quality and wear
Pre-kit jobs, preset tools, and verify kits to programs
Recommend proper tool applications for various materials and processes
Manage reconditioned tools and carbide recycling logistics
Communicate effectively with machinists and leadership to support production
Ensure compliance with all safety rules and PPE requirements
Perform adjustments or minor repairs to tools and equipment
Lift up to 25 lbs frequently, and up to 50 lbs occasionally (with assistance)
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2+ years' experience in part operations, tool crib, or related environment
Basic knowledge of CNC and conventional equipment set-up
Understanding of cutting tool feeds, speeds, and tool life (aerospace materials preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and AutoCrib/Crib Master
Ability to read blueprints and follow quality requirements
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Must meet State Department eligibility requirements (Resident Card Holder)
