Responsibilities
Set up and operate machines to produce parts per specifications and blueprints
Perform first-piece inspections and verify quality throughout production
Make minor mechanical adjustments and perform routine maintenance (oil, clean, change bits)
Use gauges and measuring tools to ensure parts meet tolerances
Maintain accurate documentation and labeling for materials
Follow all safety and PPE requirements and maintain a clean workspace
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, twisting)
Must pass a drug test and adhere to PPE and attendance policies
Preferred
Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
