Ramco, Powered by Sukup is a technology company seeking an Account Manager for the Eastern Iowa Territory. The role involves managing customer relationships, providing pre-sale technical support, and collaborating with engineers and sales teams to identify solutions for customer needs.

Responsibilities
Account Managers are responsible for front line relationships with our customers providing pre-sale technical support for product and application related questions
Territory Managers work as a team with Application Engineers, and Inside Sales to provide solutions to each desired customer’s needs
The development of technical competence and application skills in order to be able to recognize opportunities for the products we offer is critical to the position
Qualification
Required
1-3 years industry related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to identify applications for products on our line card
Good listening skills
Self-starter capable of consultative selling to help customers improve their processes
Preferred
Bachelor's degree (BSME or BSEE preferred) in a technical discipline preferred
Experience with automation products such as PLC's, Robotics, Sensors, Thermal Systems, Motion Control, AC Drives, Vision, Bar Code, etc
