Responsibilities
Managing Colorado Open Records Act (CORA) requests
Coordinating Division-wide operational activities
Executing a broad range of administrative, logistical, and project responsibilities
Developing and maintaining program workflows
Managing project timelines
Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors
Ensuring timely and accurate execution of operational objectives
Functioning with a high degree of independence
Serving as the logistical and administrative lead for high-impact initiatives requiring sustained cross-functional coordination
Requiring process development, technical analysis, and sustained coordination
Qualification
Required
Five (5) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position
Must be a current resident of Colorado
Must pass a thorough background check prior to employment which will include the E-Verify process
Preferred
Experience performing similar duties as a State of Colorado classified employee
6 months or more of Workers' Compensation related experience
