C# / .NET Development
Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem
Experience building scalable, maintainable applications using modern design patterns
Ability to work with APIs, background services, and multi‐tier architectures
Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning
Experience with database design, normalization, and troubleshooting production data issues
Hands‐on experience developing UI/UX components using DevExpress controls
Ability to build responsive, user‐friendly forms, grids, dashboards, and reporting modules
Understanding of DevExpress performance considerations and customization options
Familiarity with LTC pharmacy workflows such as order entry, dispensing, cycle fills, MAR/eMAR integrations, and facility communication
Understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations (HIPAA, audit trails, controlled substances handling)
Experience working with LTC pharmacy systems or healthcare technology is a strong plus
Ability to work onsite in a collaborative environment; hybrid schedule may be available based on role and performance
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical and workflow issues
Clear communication skills and comfort working with cross‐functional teams (pharmacy operations, QA, product, leadership)
Commitment to quality, documentation, and delivering reliable software in a regulated environment

Experience working with LTC pharmacy systems or healthcare technology is a strong plus
Familiarity with SSRS/SSIS is a plus
