Affiliate Manager
Katalys is a company focused on helping brands and publishers scale revenue through data-driven partnership strategies. They are seeking an Affiliate Manager to own and grow a portfolio of high-value partners and affiliate programs, responsible for strategy, execution, and performance outcomes across various partnership channels.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of affiliate and partner programs. Develop customized plans aligned to client goals, revenue targets, and partner economics. Monitor performance, pacing, and budget utilization in real time. Proactively recommend optimizations and new opportunities to improve outcomes. Stay current on industry trends and apply new ideas to continuously evolve program performance
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and partners. Build trusted relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and strong execution. Surface risks early, manage expectations, and ensure commitments are met. Drive long-term retention by delivering measurable value and strategic insight
Use data as a core operating tool. Analyze performance across upper-, mid-, and lower-funnel metrics (e.g., impressions, engagement, CTR, CVR, revenue, ROI, EPC). Identify trends, diagnose issues, and translate insights into concrete next steps. Ensure all reporting is accurate, timely, and decision-oriented
Design and refine recruitment, incentive, and monetization strategies to foster scalable, high-performing affiliate partnerships. Negotiate commercial terms and manage fixed-fee or performance-based investments when applicable. Educate partners on best practices to maximize long-term revenue and alignment with client goals
Manage multiple affiliate programs simultaneously with strong organization and prioritization. Maintain a clear understanding of each account’s scope, objectives, and success criteria. Identify expansion opportunities while proactively addressing misalignment or underperformance
Qualification
Required
4+ years experience in affiliate, influencer, or performance marketing
Experience managing partner or client portfolios
Strong understanding of performance-based economics (ROI, EPC, LTV, CAC)
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills and comfort working with data
Familiarity with attribution and performance measurement concepts
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Ability to travel occasionally (up to ~15%)
Preferred
Experience with affiliate networks or creator platforms is a plus
