Responsibilities

Revenue Generation: Own and drive a robust pipeline of licensing opportunities; proactively identify and pitch brand partners who can benefit from our established accolades and content
Commercial Strategy: Analyze trends and internal performance data to identify high-value Enterprise Opportunities
Contract & Rights Negotiation: Lead negotiations on licensing terms, usage rights, and renewals, ensuring all agreements protect the company's brand reputation and maximize revenue
Business Operations Liaison: Coordinate closely with Management, Accolades Support Team, Legal and Finance to ensure contracts are executed correctly and revenue is accurately tracked and invoiced
Campaign Management: Oversee the fulfillment of licensing deals, working with Marketing and Creative teams to deliver approved assets (award seals, logos, PDFs) to clients
CRM & Data Integrity: Maintain accuracy in Salesforce; track lead stages, contract expiration dates, and revenue forecasting to provide clear visibility to leadership

Qualification

Required

4–6 years of experience in content licensing, affiliate operations, digital media, or equivalent
Strong ability to extract insights from sales and performance data (Excel/Google Sheets) and turn them into actionable outbound strategies
Proven experience with CRM tools (Salesforce)
Excellent communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Marketing, and externally with brand partners
Highly organized with a process-oriented mindset and strict attention to detail regarding contract language and asset usage
A results-oriented professional who can drive work forward and hit revenue targets with minimal oversight

Preferred

Familiarity with Shopify or BI tools like Looker is a plus
