Responsibilities
Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and assist with month-end close
Oversee and/or process payroll and associated reporting, including commission and benefit reports, ensure compliance, and act as liaison between HR and Finance
Process vendor invoices, manage approvals, and maintain internal controls
Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring policy compliance
Assist with audits, forecasting, and ad hoc reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
At least 3 years of accounting experience
Knowledge of US GAAP and payroll laws
Proficiency in QuickBooks and ADP
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred
3 years of payroll experience
Experience calculating and managing commission plans and payouts
Familiarity with ERP systems
Experience implementing or integrating new tools and technologies
Cash Management experience
Experience managing foreign subsidiaries and supporting entity consolidations
