Responsibilities

Actively source and identify potential candidates using various methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other innovative channels
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company values
Partner with client hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs, position requirements, and team dynamics
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, talent market shifts, and best practices to continually refine sourcing strategies and attract high-quality candidates
Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring all sourcing activities and candidate interactions are well-documented
Track and report on sourcing metrics, including pipeline development, conversion rates, and sourcing channel effectiveness
Assist in enhancing the Aspire Talent Solutions' employer brand through social media, networking events, and other initiatives to attract top talent

Required

3+ years of proven experience in candidate sourcing or recruitment; experience sourcing and recruiting within manufacturing, engineering, or other comparable industry highly preferred
Strong knowledge of various sourcing tools, platforms, and techniques, including Boolean searches and social media recruiting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus
An entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to provide stellar candidate and hiring experiences are a MUST. NO EXCEPTIONS
Must be able to provide own equipment including computer, phone, and internet
Comfortability working as a 1099 Independent Contractor: Commission Only (don't let that scare you, you bring the hustle and we bring an extremely competitive commission structure)
