Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end operations for complex hybrid infrastructures (on-premises, cloud, networks, physical sites, Azure cloud)
Oversee daily service delivery, operations management, and shift/overlap coordination
Manage and triage network and infrastructure incidents, ensuring rapid issue resolution
Administer and support network devices and tools (Cisco CLI, Meraki, FortiGate, Aruba SD-WAN, Zscaler)
Ensure operational excellence across routing, switching, firewall, VPN, and network security protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, VRFs, TCP/IP, NAT, ACLs, QoS)
Utilize and manage monitoring and ITSM tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, LogicMonitor, ServiceNow, Remedy)
Support and troubleshoot Azure networking (VNets, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, NSGs) and VMware virtual networking
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain strong documentation and communication standards
Apply ITIL service management best practices for Incident, Problem, and Change Management
Handle storage network protocols and backup traffic flows (iSCSI, NFS, SMB, Commvault, Zerto, Dell PowerStore/Isilon)
Qualification
Required
Lead end-to-end operations for complex hybrid infrastructures (on-premises, cloud, networks, physical sites, Azure cloud)
Oversee daily service delivery, operations management, and shift/overlap coordination
Manage and triage network and infrastructure incidents, ensuring rapid issue resolution
Administer and support network devices and tools (Cisco CLI, Meraki, FortiGate, Aruba SD-WAN, Zscaler)

Proven experience managing hybrid infrastructure operations and leading incident triage

Strong networking fundamentals and hands-on configuration experience
Proficiency with Azure networking and monitoring/ITSM tools
Good understanding of ITIL processes and basic VMware/storage/backup knowledge
Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
