Responsibilities

Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities

Gather and document requirements in collaboration with stakeholders

Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow workflows

Partner with developers to deliver automation solutions

Conduct testing, validation, and end-user training

Monitor and report on automated process performance

Work with Product Owners to translate customer requirements into product features and stories

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

At least 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with ability to design, create, and manage workflows in ServiceNow

Track record of identifying and automating manual processes

Skilled at translating customer requirements into product features and user stories

Proficient with ServiceNow platform and tools experience using Microsoft Power Automate

Experience in business process modeling and documentation

Familiarity with cloud technologies, AWS services, and cloud data security

Solid understanding of data lifecycle management, data mesh, governance, cataloging, movement, AI/analytics, visualization, and reporting

Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills

Collaborative mindset with experience working in agile, team-oriented environments

Preferred

ServiceNow or related certifications preferred

Knowledge of scripting/programming in JavaScript, Python is a plus
