Responsibilities
Lead Reverse Supply Chain Operations: Oversee all aspects of returns processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution of policies
Manage Contracts and Compliance: Validate supplier agreements, monitor adherence to return policies, and resolve disputes with vendors and merchants
Analyze Data and Report Performance: Prepare recovery rate reports, analyze financial metrics, and present insights to leadership and cross-functional teams
Drive Project and Transition Planning: Develop and execute transition plans for operational changes, including coordination during organizational shifts or LOA periods
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with merchants, legal, and analytics teams to align on reverse supply chain initiatives and communicate updates effectively
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 6 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area
2 years' experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office
