Responsibilities
Identify problem trends and generate alerts for project managers and solution managers to inform them of emerging risks or issues with their projects and portfolios
Train project leads and solution managers on our processes, tools, and best practices
Conduct monthly portfolio reviews with IT VP, solution managers, and project leads to examine projects at risk, facilitate project-data based strategic decisions, and create mitigation plans
Provide one-on-one support for project leads managing critical projects/programs
Updating project budget, actuals & forecast for IT funded projects
Following up on action items from Portfolio Reviews
Meet with each Solution group every month to review their alignment with the Project Governance standards and address any issues that may be preventing their alignment
Hold monthly office hours to train, educate and support Project Leads
