Responsibilities
Configure and implement UKG Kronos / WFM Pro modules (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, etc.)
Design, develop, and maintain UKG Bhoomi integrations and data pipelines
Build and manage Workday integrations with UKG and other HR/payroll applications
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
Perform end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for configurations and integrations
Ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and system stability across platforms
Support system upgrades, enhancements, and post-production maintenance
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in UKG solutions (WFM, Pro, Dimensions, or Workforce Central)
Strong hands-on experience with UKG Bhoomi (integration design, API development, troubleshooting)
Working knowledge of Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, REST/SOAP APIs)
Proficiency in configuration of UKG modules (pay rules, accruals, shifts, access profiles, etc.)
Solid understanding of HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management processes
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
UKG and/or Workday certifications
Experience integrating with HCM or Payroll platforms (Workday, SAP, Oracle HCM)
Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and scripting languages (Java, Python, etc.)
Prior consulting or enterprise implementation experience
