Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of Kinaxis Rapid Response across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, MRP, Inventory Planning, and S&OP functional streams
Work directly with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Operations stakeholders to analyze planning requirements, identify process gaps, and develop tailored Rapid Response solutions
Configure and maintain Rapid Response system components including worksheets, dashboards, scorecards, alerts, metrics, and planning configurations
Drive scenario management, what-if simulations, constraint-based planning models, and performance optimization activities within the platform
Develop and refine supply chain data models, integration logic, and planning cycles to support operational resilience and demand variability
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate data integration between enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, JDA/Blue Yonder, or other ERPs) and Kinaxis Rapid Response
Facilitate end-user training, knowledge transfer, and documentation for planning teams and business process owners
Provide hands-on support for production incidents, change requests, configuration updates, and continuous improvements
Execute end-to-end testing for enhancements, new configurations, data model changes, and planning engine optimization
Participate in cross-functional workshops to evaluate new requirements, assess feasibility, and define solution architectures
Support the design and rollout of standardized planning templates, governance frameworks, scenario libraries, and process KPIs
Ensure solution alignment with supply chain best practices, program timelines, and business objectives
Deliver regular status reporting, risk assessments, and milestone updates to project leadership
Qualification
Required
Supply Chain Planning, with at least 3+ years hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse
Strong practical expertise in configuring Rapid Response modules: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization, Capacity Planning, and MRP workflows
Ability to develop and maintain data models, tasks, matrices, alerts, and analytical dashboards within the Rapid Response environment
Demonstrated ability to execute scenario analysis, supply chain modeling, constraint-based planning, and root-cause analysis
Experience integrating Rapid Response with major ERP systems (SAP ECC/S4, Oracle, JDE, etc.)
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes: Demand/Supply balancing, BOM structures, forecasting cycles, order management, procurement, and production planning
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to convert functional requirements into technical solutions
Proven experience supporting large-scale global implementations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred
Kinaxis Rapid Response Certification
Experience with multi-site, multi-region planning environments
Background in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, high-tech, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods industries
