Responsibilities
Support the Client Servicing departments of Performance Reporting, Asset Allocation, Portfolio Risk, Confirms, Prospectus, and Statements for the largest field of Financial Advisors in the industry
Analyze, research, and reconcile issues across multiple platforms
Create combined summaries, select indices, and provide system navigation
Explain and present dynamic investment tools and reports needed by Financial Advisors
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of portfolio performance or risk measurement statistics and tools
Bachelor's Degree
1-2 years experience in financial services
Strong problem-solving skills and personal accountability
Excellent communication and listening abilities
Solid understanding of investment vehicles
Quick learner with the ability to apply knowledge effectively
Ability to prioritize and excel in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team
Preferred
Experience with financial analysis software and tools
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience in client service roles within the financial sector
