Desktop Support Technician
Medasource is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on, in-person technical support across a large healthcare campus. This role involves supporting end users directly and collaborating with clinical and technical teams to ensure effective IT support.
Responsibilities
Provide desk-side technical support to end users
Troubleshoot PCs, printers, mobile devices, and network connectivity
Support devices connected to enterprise networks
Walk across multiple campus buildings to resolve issues
Collaborate with a large technical team using shared knowledge tools
Deliver excellent customer service in a healthcare environment
Qualification
Required
Basic IT troubleshooting experience
Comfort working in a healthcare setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and adapt
Valid driver's license and vehicle required
Non-smoking / non-vaping requirement
Preferred
Mechanical, electrical, or biomedical interest preferred
Healthcare or clinical exposure a plus, not required
