Responsibilities

Lead the full HR lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee reviews, and performance management cycles
Partner with the PEO to manage HR operations, payroll, benefits (including negotiations) and all aspects of HR compliance
Drive employee engagement initiatives to strengthen company culture, retention, and team development through individual development plans
Lead change management efforts, helping the organization navigate growth and evolving business priorities
Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR best practices, policies, and procedures
Confidently address employee questions regarding benefits or HR compliance with escalation to PEO on rare occasions
Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and business growth
Oversee HR administration, including documentation, reporting, and compliance with SOX and employment laws
Partner with legal and finance teams to develop robust company-specific HR policies

Required

Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced or growing organization
Experience managing full HR cycles
Strong background in employee engagement, performance management, and change management
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and lead at all levels
Self-starter, ambitious, and driven to make a meaningful impact on the organization
Bachelor's degree required

Preferred

HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred but not required
