Responsibilities
Analyze existing systems and business processes to identify requirements and design solutions
Write, test, and debug programs, ensuring they meet specifications and are functional
Provide ongoing maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting for systems and applications
Work effectively with various stakeholders, including business users, other developers, and IT teams, to understand needs and explain technical concepts
Create and maintain technical documentation, such as user manuals and system design documents
Identify and resolve issues within systems and applications
Qualification
Required
Must have a minimum 4+ years of experience using .Net Programming Skills (please ensure clear on resume when and when last used)
Knowledge of database structures and management systems- high preference for candidates with experience in large, regulated industry environments
Minimum of 4+ years in seat as a System Analyst
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams
4+ years of directly related experience
Degree(s) related to computer science
Preferred
Experience in the financial industry
