Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
Answer customer calls and identify their service needs
Document customer interactions and keep organized account notes
Coordinate with Service Supervisors and Technicians on PMs, service calls, and follow‑ups
Confirm customer satisfaction after service visits
Review PM/SC forms and communicate required actions
Support quoting needs with Service Manager/Sales
Coordinate with Supply Chain as needed
Complete follow‑up tasks: sales orders, delivery confirmations, customer support items
Submit weekly activity and call reports
Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
2+ years customer service experience (industry‑related preferred)
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and interpersonal skills
Organized, dependable, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
Team‑oriented with a strong sense of urgency
Proficient with Microsoft Office; FSM or QuickBooks experience preferred
Valid driver's license and excellent driving record
Ability to obtain Military base access

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Mechanical or industrial product knowledge a plus
