This role focuses on agency and landlord representation, supporting ownership across leasing transactions, lease-ups, and asset repositioning throughout New York City.

Responsibilities
Represent building ownership in office leasing transactions, including new deals, renewals, and expansions
Support lease-up and repositioning efforts for existing and newly renovated assets
Prospect and develop relationships with prospective tenants, brokers, and market contacts
Drive outbound outreach, canvassing, and leasing activity to generate deal flow
Respond to inbound inquiries and manage ongoing communications related to availability, tours, and negotiations
Track and nurture leads through the full leasing cycle, from initial contact to executed lease
Coordinate property tours, prepare marketing materials, and assist with proposals and deal documentation
Maintain strong market knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitive buildings
Collaborate closely with ownership, property management, and internal leasing team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Experience in commercial real estate brokerage, with a focus on landlord representation
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working in a commission-based environment
Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced NYC market
Preferred
Flatiron / NoMad neighborhood expertise strongly preferred
Prior real estate, sales, finance, or related experience is a plus, but not required
