3+ years experience in ML/statistical modeling
Strong Python skills; experience with modern ML tooling (PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar)
Experience deploying models to production (not just notebooks)
Familiarity with cloud ML infrastructure (AWS SageMaker, Vertex AI, or similar)
Experience with messy, real-world data (not just clean benchmark datasets)
Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage pace
Customer-facing ability—you'll be in conversations with MedTech companies
Potential to build and lead a team as we grow
