Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate architectural project teams, including external consultants, throughout design development and construction administration phases
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Civil Managers, and Development teams to ensure successful project delivery
Review and process RFIs, submittals, and change management documentation during construction
Produce presentation drawings, rendered exhibits, and materials for governing agencies, public meetings, and internal stakeholders
Assist in preparing and managing architectural project budgets in coordination with senior leadership
Develop, maintain, and implement prototype details and drawing standards across active projects

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
Minimum of 3 years of professional architectural experience
At least 2 years of experience in project management and construction administration
Completion of the Architectural Experience Program (AXP)
Actively working toward Architectural Registration (ARE in progress)
Proficiency with BIM and industry-standard design tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD)
