Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple entities using QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
Record, review, and reconcile daily financial transactions across all businesses
Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
Maintain clean, accurate, and audit-ready financial records
Prepare monthly and periodic financial statements and management reports
Process multi-entity payroll accurately and on schedule
Prepare and file payroll tax returns and related compliance filings
Prepare and submit sales tax returns for applicable entities
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax requirements
Manage annual permits, licenses, and compliance filings
Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable for all entities
Ensure timely invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and expense tracking
Maintain proper documentation and approval workflows
Import and reconcile daily restaurant sales receipts
Track and manage food, beverage, and operational inventory
Support cost control and inventory reporting initiatives
Prepare monthly facility inventory and operational reports
Manage AR/AP and reconciliations for real estate and storage entities
Support entity-specific reporting and compliance requirements
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare and provide documentation to external accountants, CPAs, and tax professionals
Assist with audits, reviews, and financial inquiries as needed
Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential financial records
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
Serve as a trusted financial partner to ownership and leadership
Handle sensitive financial information with professionalism and discretion
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle bookkeeping and payroll
Experience managing multiple entities simultaneously
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
Solid understanding of payroll taxes, sales tax, and regulatory compliance
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Preferred
Experience in restaurant, facilities, real estate, or multi-unit operations
