Execute project and portfolio financings across a high volume of DG assets
Develop and maintain transaction models, assumptions, and sensitivities
Manage concurrent lender processes and financing workstreams
Drive transactions from initial structuring through documentation and close
Support capital deployment decisions alongside investment and leadership teams
Qualification
Required
Hands-on project finance experience focused on volume, execution, and closing transactions
Ability to execute project and portfolio financings across a high volume of DG assets
Experience in developing and maintaining transaction models, assumptions, and sensitivities
Proven track record in managing concurrent lender processes and financing workstreams
Capability to drive transactions from initial structuring through documentation and close
Experience supporting capital deployment decisions alongside investment and leadership teams
