Senior International and Industry Engagement Analyst / Team Lead

They are seeking a Senior Engagement Analyst / Team Lead to support an Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) client at the Pentagon, overseeing a team to assist with relationship-building and achieving outcomes with external partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative, logistical, and analytical support for the vetting, prioritization, planning, and execution of international and industry engagements, including the development and maintenance of plans of actions and milestones, invitations, agendas, senior leader talking points, briefings and information papers, attendance rosters, meeting summaries, and tracking post-meeting actions
Coordinate with internal and external Department of Defense (DoD) stakeholders on all aspects of engagements meetings, including read-ahead development and distribution and international engagement protocols
Ensure adherence to required timelines and compliance with security, protocol, and other DoD requirements
Track and analyze issues and priorities across engagements and coordinate progress with internal and external POCs
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures in accordance with DoD-level requirements
Track metrics and lessons learned for the continuous improvement of engagement processes, events, and outcomes
Maintain forum SharePoint sites and other collaboration tools
Interface with senior leadership on priorities and requirements, and provide support in prioritizing, overseeing, integrating, and delivering tasks across the contractor team
Provide engagement support across international, industry, and other stakeholders such as academia
Provide administrative oversight of ANSER employees, including timesheet approvals, leave requests, and development and performance reviews
Travel to program required locations as needed. Expected travel is expected to be 5% CONUS and 15% OCONUS

Required

Possess an active TS/SCI security clearance
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., event planning, project management, business administration, government, international affairs)
14 + years of professional experience. Will consider 12 years of related professional experience with a Master's degree
Prior experience coordinating stakeholder engagements and / or meetings and events
Experience supporting and briefing to GO/FO/SES clients or similar leaders
One year of experience managing a team and interfacing with / coordinating requirements and workload
Experience developing and coordinating tasks in CATMS or similar task management tools
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Software, including Planner or similar work management tools

Preferred

Prior experience supporting clients at the OSD level and interfacing with clients on requirements and deliverables
Excellent organizational and communication skills and attention to detail
Experience with international forums and issues, such as the North Atlantic Treaty Organization
