Executive Assistant
CACG, LLC is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to their executive leadership team. The role involves managing complex calendars, preparing executive correspondence, and facilitating high-level meetings, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars for senior executives, prioritizing appointments, meetings, and engagements with precision
Prepare executive-level correspondence, briefings, presentations, and reports, ensuring clear communication and professionalism
Serve as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality
Plan and organize high-level meetings, conferences, and events, including venue logistics, agenda preparation, and participant communication
Support executives during key events, ensuring all materials, talking points, and schedules are accurate and timely
Coordinate large-scale team gatherings, offsite events, and executive retreats
Track and monitor the onboarding of new government employees, ensuring all required steps are completed
Request new employee account access to information systems
Support provisioning of new employee computers, pickup and setup
Maintain an up-to-date onboarding status for reporting purposes
Facilitate the distribution of new tasks to various PMO stakeholders
Update and maintain task trackers, ensuring accuracy of information
Request status updates from stakeholders, ensuring timely completion and follow up on outstanding tasks
Develop and implement streamlined administrative processes to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround times
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
5+ years of experience supporting executives within the Department of Defense (DOD) or related agencies
Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience for US federal government clients
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with executives, stakeholders, and government officials
Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, plan, problem solve and adapt in a fast-paced and strategic environment under minimal supervision
Minimum of 5 years of related experience is required with at least 3 years of consulting experience for US federal government or high-security environments
Applicants must be U.S. citizens and must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a Department of Defense (DoD) issued security clearance during employment
Preferred
Experience with MS Teams Planner or similar tools for task management and tracking
Engage in improving and optimizing the EA processes
Ability to handle fewer routine tasks and provide support as needed for additional PMO front office services
