Help Desk Support Analyst
MGT is a national leader in public sector management consulting and services that delivers diverse business consulting services to a wide range of public sector groups. We are seeking an on site Helpdesk Support Analyst to provide Level 1 and limited Level 2 end user support for approximately 400 users, working closely with the internal IT team to offload routine support activities.

Responsibilities
Serve as first point of contact for end user IT issues and service requests
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and peripheral issues including laptops, desktops, printers, monitors, docks, keyboards, mice, and accessories
Provide Windows endpoint support and basic Microsoft 365 user assistance
Support iOS mobile devices
Log, update, resolve, and document tickets in Freshservice
Use Intune for endpoint and device related tasks as required
Escalate repeated hardware failures or issues with unclear root cause per defined procedures
Work collaboratively with internal IT staff and follow escalation paths
Maintain clear and accurate ticket documentation
Qualification
Required
2 to 4 years of hands on helpdesk or deskside support experience
Strong Level 1 and basic Level 2 troubleshooting skills
Experience supporting Windows and M365 environments
Familiarity with ITSM tools, preferably Freshservice
Basic experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently on site
