Responsibilities
Manage general ledger, bank reconciliations, and month/year-end close processes
Direct invoice processing, approve payments, and prepare biweekly payroll reports
Partner with external auditors and maintain compliance documentation
Oversee insurance portfolio management and coordinate renewals
Conduct variance analysis and financial reporting
Prepare regulatory filings (1099s, Secretary of State reports, licenses)
Identify process improvements and maintain strong internal controls
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
2-5+ years of GL accounting experience
Strong GAAP knowledge
Advanced Excel skills, ERP system experience (Sage Intacct is a plus)
Sharp attention to detail and proven accuracy
Preferred
CPA (preferred but not required)
