IT Services & Software Sales Executive

Infinity Tech Group is seeking an IT Services & Software Sales Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities for IT services, software solutions, and Software products
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, decision-makers, and stakeholders
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT and software solutions
Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and solution discussions
Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reports in CRM tools
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies

Required

MBA in Marketing/Sales (or equivalent business qualification)
2–5 years of experience in B2B IT services or software sales (SaaS, enterprise software, digital services, etc.)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach
Ability to handle client interactions confidently, including objections, pricing discussions, and closing conversations
Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

Experience selling solutions like cloud services, software development, managed services, cybersecurity, data/analytics, or digital transformation
Familiarity with lead generation channels relevant to IT services (LinkedIn outreach, partnerships, events, referrals) and building a consistent pipeline
Ability to negotiate contracts and commercials, including payment milestones, change requests, SLAs, and support terms
Prior experience working in a services-led organization where sales success depends on correct scoping, delivery alignment, and customer satisfaction
Strong understanding of consultative selling (discovery, value positioning, solution mapping)
Familiarity with basic sales metrics: conversion rate, pipeline coverage, forecasting, and deal velocity
