This role involves acting as the local operational and technical owner, interfacing with logistics partners and supporting various operational initiatives.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary local interface with the logistics partner, supporting daily warehouse performance and operational issue resolution
Own and maintain operational instructions locally and train logistics partners accordingly
Act as the local owner for change management initiatives and operational updates
Support quality-related topics, follow-ups, and problem-solving in collaboration with global teams
Own local product knowledge related to tools and equipment
Perform and support configuration and kitting activities as needed
Oversee inbound quality checks and returns verification
Support daily operational problem-solving between partners
Ensure thorough follow-up and completion of ongoing operational tasks
Qualification
Required
Experience in technical or operational roles requiring hands-on work and adherence to instructions
Ability to read, understand, and execute technical instructions and procedures
Relevant technical education or equivalent practical experience
Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams across time zones
Comfortable working under pressure and in rapidly changing environments
Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
