Maintain accurate financial records, including AP, AR, and general ledger entries
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
Assist with payroll support and payroll-related reporting
Prepare financial reports and support month-end close
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures
Provide general accounting and administrative support as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Proficiency with accounting software
Strong Excel skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks independently
Strong communication and organizational skills
