Responsibilities
Manage the Monumental brands (Washington Capitals, Washington Mystics, Washington Wizards, Capital City Go-Go, Wizards District Gaming, COA, MCI, and MHPC) and their associated assets as it relates to portfolio of assigned accounts
Develop positive relationships with existing partners, successfully project manage all assigned accounts, and strategically craft incremental sponsorship opportunities by identifying new co-branded opportunities and activations
Build client brand briefs and work closely with all internal departments to generate the most effective partnership idea offerings and execution tactics based on partner needs
Prioritize and implement all assigned Monumental corporate partners’ contractual elements
Ensure the timely delivery of all partner marketing content per agreement
Track results and prepare all post season recaps for assigned accounts
Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are fulfilled flawlessly to increase partner renewals

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, sports marketing, or related field
Experience compiling and analyzing data from multiple sources and building meaningful presentations
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills with a strong attention to detail
Ability to effectively prioritize and adapt in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Preferred
1+ years of related sponsorship and project management experience strongly preferred
Experience with research and reporting tools is a plus
